Spaghetti, Penne Rigate and Fusilli – our Italian pasta is made with the finest quality wheat using the ‘trafilatura al bronzo’ process – where the dough is drawn slowly through cast bronze moulds. This gives it a rough texture so that pasta sauces stick to it evenly.

Olive oil and balsamic vinegar

It has a mild, sweet fruit flavour and is made with the best Mediterranean olives, chosen and harvested by hand.
Our speciality Balsamic Vinegar of Modena uses only Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes from the Modena countryside. It is matured in oak barrels for an intense, fruity aroma and certified by the ‘Italian Consortium for Balsamic Vinegar of Modena’.
